Team Commitments

As a team member:

I commit to 1 Year. I will serve as scheduled for at least 1 year.

I commit to Availability. I will be available at least once a month, and on weeks I am scheduled, to attend Rehearsal on Thursday night, 6:30pm-8pm, Sunday Morning Run Through from 7:30am-8:30am, and Sunday Services at 9am-10:30am.

I commit to Excellence. Even though I know perfection is not possible, excellence means that I will come fully prepared, knowing my vocal, instrumental, or technical parts for the service that I am scheduled on.

I commit to Team. I promise to lift up and support all my fellow team members. If ever I have a question or concern, I will take it directly to the person I have a concern with, and I will never undermine or backbite anyone on the team.

I commit to Open Hands. I will be open to critique that will help me get better, and to a producer that will give me advice during the service preparation.
